Does Osusu MoneyFlow hold or process money?
No. The platform is a coordination tool only. All payments happen directly between members via bank transfer, cash, PayID, or any method your group chooses. We record and track, not transact.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. If you downgrade to Free, your existing circles remain but you cannot create new ones beyond the free limit.
What counts as a "circle"?
Any active savings group you created as the admin. Groups you join as a member don't count toward your limit. Completed circles don't count either.
Who is the Community plan for?
Churches, diaspora associations, community groups, or any organisation running multiple Osusu/Susu circles at once. It includes your organisation's name as a badge on your circles.
